Alejandra's taquitos!

These were potato and green chili taquitos... perfection!

Thanks Joe.. I had fun with this one. I've also switched the lighting temperature from cool to warm just for a change.

I really love the paint handling in this one. Nice subtle color and skillful edge handling.
I like seeing the detail shot.

Thanks Frank! I've been paying more attention to edges lately. It was "cool" to paint with the warm light source too...

I know how artists like to stick there nose right up to the paintings... so the detail shot is for artists only!

Great stuff! Usually I would be concerned about good food going to waste but in this case it was worth it. I don’t know if I could sit idly by as ice cream melted right before my eyes, I think that would be just too much! I really like your Scotty Dogs too.

Ha! Thanks Leighton... I admit I slurped some of that melted ice cream when I was finished... even though it was after midnight!

I checked out your blog... sounds like you are close to graduating... Congrats! Art Center was a true test... Great work and style you've got!
