Gouache dog studies...




These are on Arches Cold Pressed paper
They are about life sized when exanded.

Still getting to know the medium. The Scottie is such a cool shape to work with...

essentially shapes ... you have light and color and so loose too...like them very much! ...

Andy - Thank you... It was the light falling on him (Pablo) which caught my eye!

Tim - Thanks again... It's so much easier to keep that gestural quality when working so small... The large paintings are so much harder to keep fresh.
